These four 1-hour sessions are designed to help you move beyond the story of your mind to release the energy that is holding you back from experiencing your best life. A combination of yoga, somatic experiencing trauma relief therapy and spiritual teachings, I help you to build capacity in your nervous system to release the trauma that has been held in your fascia.
Our experiences from childhood, our ancestors and our past lives are encoded into our body. Held in our nervous system to help us navigate life on this planet. When we embark on a healing journey we often come across scenarios we cannot talk or think our way out of. This is because the trauma - the imprint of impact - was created when our mind was not capable of total understanding and could not create a full picture, at least not one that we can understand now. The only way to the root is through our connection to our body.
Our mannerisms and subtle gestures all hold clues to the energy we hold in our nervous system. This coaching program provides you with the container to be with yourself in a whole new way. To be fully embodied.
And it is no easy task in today's day and age. We are constantly in our minds, planning and thinking, executing and trying to reason our way one way or another. The path to healing lies in feeling into the present moment and feeling into the responses your body has. From there we can find the clues that lead to the root of your suffering so that you can finally release the energy that is holding you back from moving forward into your best life.
This is a slow intuitive process and that is why 4 sessions minimum is required.
