About

Alecia Iwanchuk is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, spiritual mentor, and founder of Intentions Yoga, where she guides women on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. With a gentle yet grounded approach, Alecia weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and energetic awareness to help her students reconnect with their bodies and awaken their inner wisdom.

Rooted in her own experience of spiritual awakening and transformation, Alecia’s teachings blend ancient yogic practices with modern insight, creating an inclusive space for women to release old patterns, restore balance, and cultivate self-love. Her classes and coaching sessions are infused with compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for the individual journey.

Whether she’s leading a slow, intentional flow or guiding a meditation for energetic protection, Alecia’s intention is always the same—to support others in aligning mind, body, and spirit so they can step fully into their highest potential.

What we find living inside of us are pre-scripted programs from past experiences. Hard wired into our circuitry to keep us safe. This is...
