MY WHY!

I created this 7-day intentional yoga challenge because I know how heavy life can feel when your body is tense, your mind is overwhelmed, and you are trying to hold everything together on your own.

This challenge brings together everything I have learned about healing, mindfulness, and intentional movement. Offering you a gentle way to build awareness in your body, settle your nervous system, and begin the year aligned with your deepest truth.

My intention is simple. To help you feel supported, grounded, and empowered. To help you trust your body again. And to give you a week that reminds you how much is possible when you choose yourself.

FAQ'S

1. Do I need any yoga experience?
No experience is needed. This challenge is designed for all levels, and every practice will be guided step by step.

2. How long are the daily classes:
Each session is half hour to 45 minutes.

3. What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat is helpful but not required. A towel or soft surface works fine. You can also use a pillow or cushion for extra support.

4. Is this challenge suitable if I have chronic pain or stress?
Yes. The classes focus on gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness to help ease tension and calm the nervous system. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
