Somatic Yoga Coaching offers a gentle, body-based path for women navigating deep emotional healing. These trauma-informed 1:1 sessions integrate somatic movement, conscious breathwork, and embodiment practices to help regulate the nervous system, release stored trauma, and foster inner peace.

Designed especially for sensitive, intuitive, and empathic women, this coaching experience supports those moving through anxiety, chronic stress, disconnection from the body, or unresolved emotional pain. Rather than focusing only on mindset, somatic coaching helps you heal from the inside out through your body.

Each session provides a sacred space to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and rebuild a sense of safety within. You’ll be guided through grounding movement, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation techniques that restore resilience and clarity.

Whether you're recovering from trauma, seeking to feel more present in your body, or longing to live with more self-trust and compassion, Somatic Yoga Coaching helps you come home to yourself body, mind, and spirit.

Our bodies carry experiences from childhood, ancestral memories, and past lives, encoded deeply in our nervous systems. Traditional talk therapy often falls short because true healing requires reconnecting with our bodies. This coaching program offers a compassionate and intuitive approach to embodied healing, helping you identify and release subtle energies and patterns that hold you back.

In today's fast-paced world, reconnecting with the body can feel challenging. Our guided process emphasizes mindfulness and presence, creating a safe container for intuitive exploration and deep healing. Through somatic awareness and gentle yoga practices, you’ll gain powerful insights into the root causes of your emotional and physical blocks, finally freeing yourself to embrace life fully.

This healing journey is intuitive and deliberate, requiring a minimum commitment of four sessions to ensure meaningful and sustainable results.
