Light Leaders Rise

About a year ago I attended a full day workshop with Tad Hargraves of Marketing for Hippies.  He quoted this beautiful story that went something like this, and you will have to bear with me because I cannot find the original quote, so I am going to do my best:

“As babies we come into this world with our fists closed bringing gifts.  The job of our parents, the community and eventually ourselves is to give those gifts to the rest of the world.”

I think this is really beautiful when it comes to helping people to understand how to market their businesses, but I also hear something quite different from this quote.

And it makes me wonder, what if the gifts that people are bringing with them into this world are not traditional?  What if the parents and community you are born into have no reference point for your gifts and for your entire life you hide them away, some even shame them away.

And then, when you finally decide to figure out what your gifts are, you have been programmed and have so many paradigms running that it is hard to bring through these gifts in a stable and meaningful way.

I am speaking about the light workers.  The healers that come into this world with completely unique and god given abilities.  The sensitive souls who know things from many perspectives, who see things before they arise, who tend not to fit in, and are continually looking for their gifts outside themselves because the world has not yet caught up with them.  

Because there is no reference point in the external world that will reflect what you offer. 

This is what I see often in my coaching programs.  The women I help are healers in their own right.  They are sensitive souls who are often on a quest to finally discover the gifts that they never learned to give and to finally give them with the fullness of their hearts.

These gifts are not found in classrooms. 

They are not found in protocols or strict doctrine. 

These gifts are the moving life force energy that flows through these beautiful souls into the world uplifting the collective.  The way you serve through all your particular lenses and the authenticity of your human spirit is how the true healing transfers from one person to another.

If all the regulatory bodies of the earth had the intention to rid the world of human suffering it would have been done a long long time ago.

WE NEED THOUGHT LEADERS WHO THINK NEW THOUGHTS!

We are ready for something different.

In my corner of the algorithm humanity is in the period of a great awakening.  An upgrade of old programming to a new understanding.  

We are beginning to wake up to the beating of our own hearts.  To the frequency of our love and kindness we can cultivate within and share with others.
